Your machining capabilities don't have to be constrained by your options of standard tooling. Having a combination of CNC and manual machines for grinding and machining allows us to create a wide variety to tools and tool holders to fit your needs. 

If you have a part designed and are unsure of the tools you may need to create it, send us your part drawing and we will design a tool to fit your needs.

In many cases, you may need a tool that is slightly different from what you may find in a catalog. We can modify any standard tooling in a variety of ways:

• Tool Diameter
• Clearance (Relief)
• Radius, Fillet, or Chamfer
• Screw Flat
• Overall Length
• End Configuration (Flat Bottom, Center Cutting, Dish End, etc.)
• Laser Etching for Identification

New tools are expensive! Cut down on your production costs by having us regrind or repair your tools.

We can resharpen your drills, end mills, reamers, routers, taps, or any other specialty tooling you may have. Tools may also be coated (recoated) with any standard tool coating available. Crashed your expensive indexable tool holder? Send it to us, we can fix it!

Our small business has the advantage of being nimble for our customers' needs. We may be able to rush your order upon request (added fee), or you can expect a lead time of 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the tooling.
